Care instructions for Chirashi Bento
We recommend eating the Chirashi as soon as we deliver as the rice and fish are in prime condition. If you plan to eat them later it is recommended to refrigerate them until you are planning to enjoy them. About 15 minutes before you plan to eat, we recommend tempering them to allow the fish and rice to come up to just under room temperature for the best experience. Our boxes and utensils are also compostable and all other materials are recyclable, so please help us minimize impact by composting and/or recycling if possible.
