We are excited to be bringing optional sides of pickles to our offering. Our pickles are all made using traditional Japanese methods and will vary from week to week. We use all local produce for our pickles to help support our farmers and growers. Pickles will range from simply salted, vinegared, fermented in sake lees, koji, etc.

Care instructions for Pickles

We recommend eating the pickles as soon as we deliver as they are in prime condition. If you plan to eat them later it is recommended to refrigerate them until you are planning to enjoy them. About 15 minutes before you plan to eat, we recommend tempering them to come up to just under room temperature for the best experience. Our boxes and utensils are also compostable and all other materials are recyclable, so please help us minimize impact by composting and/or recycling if possible.
