This intimate 10-course dinner is meant to give you a sneak peak of what’s to come at SourceWater We will take you on a guided tour of Japanese cuisine and culture as the courses progress throughout the evening. The menu highlights the fleeting moments of the micro season both in Japan and our locale. Our quest is seamless integration of southern produce and Japanese seafood in a natural and effortless merger of cultures and food traditions. Distinctly Japanese, uniquely southern. This 10-course menu is priced at $250/person +tax. Optional beverage pairings curated by Bastion sommelier, Eric Bowers are available for $100/guest +tax as well as by-the-glass options you can choose from while you dine. We will have two seatings available for this dinner: 5PM and 8PM. Be sure to select your desired reservation time and beverage preference at checkout. If you plan to dine with another party, we ask that you purchase all tickets on a single transaction so we may best accommodate.
