It’s peak crab season in Japan and we’re offering a variety of Japanese crab bento to you to celebrate! Each bento will feature our signature donabe cooked koshihikari rice, topped with kinshitamago, preserved yuzu peel, the crab of your choice, and Maison Bordier yuzu butter. We have Zuwaigani(Snow Crab), Tarabagani(King Crab), and Kegani(Hairy Crab) available. Be sure to select your desired crab when ordering.

Heating instructions for Crab Bento

We recommend heating this bento. Our bento boxes are oven safe to 356 degrees for up to 30 minutes. We recommend removing any wrapping, sauce bottles, pickles or Wasabi, placing the bento with the lid on in the oven and heating at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated throughout. Additionally, all of our boxes and packaging materials are compostable or recyclable so please help us minimize impact by composting and recycling if possible.
